I have mixed feelings about this collection. I am not truly clear if animals in general or soley peacocks were the inspiration of this collection. For most of the collection, you saw the color palette typically associated with peacocks and even the peacock feather print, but then scattered throughout the collection you see a reptilian influence from the snakeskin print to the cut outs that mimicked the scales of snakes.We went from beautiful hues of pink, blue, and green to the starch reality of black. Either way, the collection was okay. I loved the white and green dress with the beautiful turtleneck. I also love the white dresses with the tribal embellishments and the mustard color strapless dress with a ruffled neckline. And just because we are Pearls and Peacocks, I simply adored the peacock print shift dress.
