Soooo……I’ve been a fan of Whitney G’s since forever so naturally, I was ecstatic that she was releasing a new book. A full length one at that. She’s been releasing mini books recently, and it made me long for more from her. And I’m so glad she did. This book was a page-turner, and I read it in two days. That’s right; I found time between 3 am feedings, teething toddler tantrums, loving on my hubby, and work to read this book. I simply could not put it down.
Two things I really loved about On a Tuesday by Whitney G.:
- how we jumped from the college years to the present years
- how everything happened on a Tuesday.

On a Tuesday Book Review
Grayson: Typical college jock? Sure he has the big ego. Sure he’s hot as hell. Sure he’s the talented quarterback leading his team to historical wins. But he’s also charming. He’s also persistent. He’s also smart. He’s also romantic. He knows what he wants, and it’s Charlotte. So yes, I was rooting for the all-star football player to get his girl because he was such an amazing guy. Plus, I wanted him to have it all.
Charlotte: I liked her. Beauty. Brains. Feisty. Knows her worth. Not a football groupie. Made Grayson earn every moment with her. I was hoping that she found her forever with Grayson, his football career wouldn’t derail them, and she would follow her heart and become an artist, not a lawyer. I wanted her to have it all with him in spite of those trying to tear them apart.
Overall rating: 4 stars. Another winner! Great writing. Awesome characters. A few WTF moments to make you say oh my, now what really happened. An antagonist you’ll want to climb into the book just to curse them out. A happily ever after ending and a few awe isn’t that sweet moments.
Time it took to read: 2 days
If you’re into a cocky football player finding love with a feisty smart virgin, then this is your book. Watch them discover how to navigate the highs and lows of being in love. Will his future in the NFL derail these college sweethearts? Find out!!!
