Every year, I always have the same fitness goals, and that’s to work out regularly, tone up, and lose my belly fat. And every year I’ve failed to accomplish my fitness goals. Every year, I look in the mirror, see my love weight (thanks B), and say this is the year. This is the year I will proudly wear that bikini on the beach, and every year, I wear one despite not having a flat tummy. However, this year when I look in the mirror, I see something different. I see a body that delivered a 7 pound baby, and to my surprise never had stretch marks, only gained 19 lbs, and lost 24 lbs post birth. Shout out to breastfeeding, it’s the best trainer ever. It jump-started my weight loss program.
My fitness goals this year are really no different; they just have a little twist to them. This year I want to tone up, eat better, chop my hair off, and perfect my style all in the name of becoming a M.I.L.F. like the Beyonces, Kellys, and Ciaras of the world. Pretty much, I want to be a hot mom just like Rachel Hunter in the Fountains of Wayne’s video for Stacey’s Mom. Matter of fact, when I saw that video, I immediately thought that’s what I want to be whenever I become a mom. #goals #milf #parkersmomishot
With that being said, I figured I would document my journey on here. Sharing is caring right? So every Wednesday I’ll post an update or share a tidbit about something I found.
Here’s my plan……
I’m going to try my hand at Barre3. I already have the DVDs, and its super easy to subscribe to their online workouts. I’m so ready to Barre so hard!!!! I’m also purchasing this Stamina InMotion Compact Strider, which is super compact and great for storage (something I’m struggling with but more on that later). Paired with my Fitbit Charge HR and logging my food in MyFitnessPal, I figure I have all the tools necessary to start my journey. Wish me luck!!!!!!
And just like any fashion girl, I need to find some cute work out clothes! Lol!
